Las herramientas anal\u00edticas propuestas se enmarcan dentro del \u00e1rea cl\u00ednica\/toxicol\u00f3gica y medioambiental, con el objetivo de proporcionar alternativas fiables con mejores propiedades anal\u00edticas supremas(exactitud), b\u00e1sicas (precisi\u00f3n, sensibilidad y selectividad) y productivas(rapidez,coste y factores personales)que las metodolog\u00edas convencionales.  los objetivos m\u00e1s especificas que se han marcado se centran en el desarrollo de sistemas de flujo continuo simples y robustos que permitan el screening de fluidos biol\u00f3gicos y muestras medioambientales (suelos y sedimentos) .Para la determinaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros de inter\u00e9s. En estos sistemas se pone de manifiesto la utilidad de la energ\u00eda de microondas y la liofilizaci\u00f3n de muestras para la simplificaci\u00f3n de las operaciones previas del proceso anal\u00edtico. En el caso de que el sistema de screening proporcione una respuesta  global para una familia de analitos,se ha desarrollado la correspondiente etapa de confirmaci\u00f3n mediantecromatograf\u00edade l\u00edquidos. En el cap\u00edtulo 11de la memoria, se presentan dos partes diferentes con un denominador com\u00fan, el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos autom\u00e1ticos de determinaci\u00f3n de paracetamol, utiliz\u00e1ndose un detector fotom\u00e9trico, y el detector de respuesta universal, elsd (detector evaporativo de dispersi\u00f3nde luz).  en el cap\u00edtulo 111, se desarrollan diferentes metodolog\u00edas en las que se integra de forma autom\u00e1tica tanto una etapa inicial de screening de muestras, y una etapa posterior de confirmaci\u00f3n de resultados por cromatograf\u00eda de l\u00edquidos. Mas concretamente, se aborda la determinaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos biliares y contaminantes org\u00e1nicos (hidrocarburos arom\u00e1ticos polinucleares, pahs) en flu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
