Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos realizado el aislamiento, caracterizacion y estandarizacion del extracto de polen de 12 variedades de olea europaea: alame\u00f1o, alore\u00f1a, azuejo, blanqueta, budiego, callosina, manzanilla, negral, picual, rapasaya, zarzariego y zorzale\u00f1a. Los antigenos mayores detectados por inmunoblotting presentan unos pesos moleculares por sds-page de aproximadamente 17000, 19000 y 42000 dalton y un pi de 5,5 obtenido por ief. Todas las variedades presentan tres grupos de fracciones distintas, obtenidas por cromatografia por filtracion en gel: la 1 de dudosa procedencia proteica, la 2 en la zona de proteinas alergenicas y la 3 de moleculas de muy bajo peso molecular y de caracteristicas no inmunologicas. El 75% de las variedades presentan una fraccion antigenica entre 10000 y 14000 dalton. Las tecnicas utilizadas: sds-page, ief, cromatografia hplc de par ionico en fase reversa y filtracion en gel son validas para obtener la huella especifica de cada variedad. Aislamos las fracciones alergenicas del extracto del polen de la manzanilla por su alto grado de alergenicidad obtenido por tests cutaneos y rast de inhibicion y por su importancia agronomica en nuestra region.
