Esta situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 agravada por el nuevo escenario el\u00e9ctrico liberalizado, en el que los consumidores pueden elegir libremente su suministrador. Adem\u00e1s, la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica ha dejado de estar concentrada, apareciendo el concepto de generaci\u00f3n distribuida (ciclos combinados, parques e\u00f3licos, instalaciones fotovoltaicas, etc.) Esta tesis analiza la problem\u00e1tica de la adaptaci\u00f3n de la medida y facturaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a la nueva situaci\u00f3n. Para ello, se proponen t\u00e9cnicas que responden a la problem\u00e1tica actual de la red. se determina la responsabilidad por la distrorsi\u00f3n medida en el punto de aclopamiento com\u00fan, utilizando \u00fanicamente la tensi\u00f3n y la corriente arm\u00f3nicas. adem\u00e1s, se relacionan el factor de potencia y las p\u00e9rdidas en la l\u00ednea de las diferentes perturbaciones que
