Los compuestos evaluados se dividen en cuatro series que contienen como conector central un n\u00facleo de quinazolina, pirimidina, difenilmetano y cadenas alif\u00e1ticas respectivamente. En primer lugar se realiz\u00f3 un muestreo de la citotoxicidad de los compuestos y se determin\u00f3 la ic50 de los compuestos citot\u00f3xieos. Tras esto se determin\u00f3 el tipo de muerte celular que induc\u00edan estos compuestos mediante un ensayo para detectar activaci\u00f3n de la caspasa-3 e inducci\u00f3n de fragmentos oligonucleosomales. A continuaci\u00f3n se determin\u00f3 la citotoxicidad de estos compuestos en c\u00e9lulas no tumorales, crl8799 procedente de tejido de gl\u00e1ndula mamaria y crl11233 proveniente de tejido hep\u00e1tico para seleccionar los que fueran selectivos frente a c\u00e9lulas tumorales. Se seleccion\u00f3 el compuesto jrf12, 2,4-dibencilaminoquinazolina, sobre el que se profundiz\u00f3 en su mecanismo de acci\u00f3n, mediante: un estudio a lo largo del tiempo de la inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis, una caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica, un estudio sobre el ciclo celular y una evaluaci\u00f3n de la afectaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica mediante las t\u00e9cnicas pcr en tiempo real y cdnamicroarrays.  Se obtuvo que el compuesto jrf12 induc\u00eda activaci\u00f3n de caspasa-3 y degradaci\u00f3n oligonucleosomal, produc\u00eda parada del ciclo celular en g2 y no afectaba a la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica por lo act\u00faa principalmente por mecanismos postranscripcionales, por lo consideramos al compuesto jrf12 como un potencial agente antitumoral<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
