versa sobre el desarrollo organizacional.  concepto no experimente  concreto, es un proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento y familitaci\u00f3n para la tranformaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del cambio en las organizaciones.  la tesis consta de :  introducci\u00f3n , micro conceptual , dise\u00f1\u00f3  y metodolog\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n , an\u00e1lisis resultados &#8212; y bilografia.  la intro dumi presenta los suj\u00e9tivos y alcance del trabajo ,el caso conceptual desarrolla en acepta de: las organizaciones con sistemas complejos , la gesti\u00f3n del cambio enlas organizaciones y el desarrollo orgazanoal en proceso para la gestion del cambio.  el mismo y metodolog\u00eda del al intervenci\u00f3n ekore el trabajo de campo realizado , la metadolog\u00eda nelpa , la muestra un col de an\u00e1lisis y el paul de esporta.  los resultados deciden la tablcin y valoraci\u00f3n sobre los limites del trabajo empirico efectuado y de aportaciones de los expertos.  las conclusiones veraltan dos aspectos mas resultados de la tesis asi como las limitaciones y la un mas de investigaci\u00f3n .Finalmente la &#8212; encomienda la utilizaci\u00f3n sobre el tema principal y
