En esta linea se consideran las iniciativas de educacion compensatoria en la estructura del sistema educativo espa\u00f1ol (territorio m.E.C. Y comunidades autonomas).  mas especificamente se analiza, en terminos de una investigacion evaluativa, el desarrollo del programa de educacion compensatoria en galicia (desde 1983 a 1993), con sus correspondientes sub-programas:  \u00abpreescolar na casa\u00bb, \u00abcentros de recursos\u00bb, \u00abapoyo a la escuela rural\u00bb, \u00abminorias etnicas\u00bb,
