Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la estructura del lipopolisacarido aislado de la fase acuosa. El o-antigeno esta compuesto por la siguiente unidad de repeticion:  (_2)-alfa-d-rhap-(1_2)-alfa-d-rhap-(1_3)-alfa-l-rhap-(1_)n .  el oligosacarido interno es un trisacarido compuesto por manosa, galactosa y kdo, en el que la manosa y la galactosa estan unidas a dos posiciones sin determinar del kdo. En el lipido a se han identificado los siguientes acidos grasos: acido 14-metil-pentadecanoico, acido cis-11,12-metilenooctadecanoico, acido 11-metoxi-nonadecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-tetradecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-pentadecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-hexadecanoico, acido 27-hidroxi-octacosanoico y acido 29-hidroxi-triacontanoico.  se ha estudiado la estructura del lipopolisacarido aislado en la fase fenolica. El o-antigeno esta compuesto por la unidad de repeticion:  (_4)-beta-d-glcp(1_3)-alfa-6-desoxi-d-talp-(1_3)-alfa-l-fu cp-(1_)n.  el oligosacarido interno es identico al encontrado en el lipopolisacarido de la fase acuosa. En el lipido a se detectan estos acidos grasos: acido 14-metil-pentadecanoico, acido cis-11,12-metilenoctadecanoico, acido 11-metoxi-nonadecanoico, acido 13-metoxi-nonadecanoico, acido 11-metoxi-12-metil-octadecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-tetradecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-pentadecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-hexadecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-heptadecanoico, acido 3-hidroxi-octadecanoico, acido octadec-11-enoico, acido 11-metil-octadec-11-enoico.  se ha estudiado la estructura de un polisacarido que acompa\u00f1a al lipopolisacarido de la fase acuosa.
