{"id":73446,"date":"2005-07-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-07-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2005-07-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-07-04T00:00:00","slug":"funciones-multivariantes-de-deteccion-de-dano-glaucomatoso-en-la-cabeza-del-nervio-optico-y-determinacion-de-intervalos-de-normalidad-de-distribucion-del-anillo-neurorretiniano-mediante-laser-confocal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/oftalmologia\/funciones-multivariantes-de-deteccion-de-dano-glaucomatoso-en-la-cabeza-del-nervio-optico-y-determinacion-de-intervalos-de-normalidad-de-distribucion-del-anillo-neurorretiniano-mediante-laser-confocal\/","title":{"rendered":"Funciones multivariantes de detecci\u00f3n de da\u00f1o glaucomatoso en la cabeza del nervio \u00f3ptico y determinaci\u00f3n de intervalos de normalidad de distribuci\u00f3n del anillo neurorretiniano mediante l\u00e1ser confocal hrt-ii."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carolina Argil\u00e9s Andr\u00e9s <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La p\u00e9rdida de c\u00e9lulas neuronales que acontecen a nivel del nervio \u00f3ptico debido a la enfermedad glaucomatosa condicionan la aparici\u00f3n de alteraciones y cambios morfol\u00f3gicos a nivel papilar que pueden ser detectados con el l\u00e1ser confocal de barrido hrt-ii  mediante funciones discriminantes de da\u00f1o glaucomatoso y la determinaci\u00f3n de intervalos de confianza de normalidad del anillo neurorretiniano. partiendo de una poblaci\u00f3n propia se calcularon las f\u00f3rmulas discriminantes que mejor discren\u00edan entre normales y glaucomas; as\u00ed mismo se determinaron los intervalos de confianza del 95% y 99% de la distribuci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea del anillo neurorretiniano, tanto de forma global como por sectores papilares, seg\u00fan la edad y el \u00e1rea papilar a partir de la muestra de sujetos normales. una vez obtenidas las f\u00f3rmulas discriminantes y los intervalos de confianza de distribuci\u00f3n del anillo neurorretiniano, se realiz\u00f3 un estudio cl\u00ednico con una poblaci\u00f3n diferente a la utilizada para buscar dichos estad\u00edsticos. En esta poblaci\u00f3n se compar\u00f3 la eficacia cl\u00ednica de las f\u00f3rmulas propuiestas en nuestro estudio y las que incorpora el hrt-ii (la de mikelberg y la de bathija), tambi\u00e9n se compar\u00f3 la eficacia cl\u00ednica de los intervalos de confianza desarrollados en nuestro estudio y los que incorpora el software del hrt-ii (moorfields).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
