I. Estudio de la actividad antibi\u00f3tica de cepas de trichoderma. Se llev\u00f3 a cabo un estudio de la actividad antibi\u00f3tica de 24 cepas de distintas especies de trichoderma sobre un panel de 20 microorganismos diana. Se encontr\u00f3 una gran variaci\u00f3n entre las actividades detectadas, no existiendo una correlaci\u00f3n clara entre una determinada especie de trichoderma y el patr\u00f3n de antibi\u00f3ticos que produc\u00eda.  ii. Identificaci\u00f3n de peptaiboles, clonaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de dos p\u00e9ptido sintetasas de t. Harzianum. En primer lugar, se identificaron los peptaiboles que produc\u00edan diferentes especies de trichoderma. Despu\u00e9s, usando diferentes estrategias, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la clonaci\u00f3n parcial de los genes salps1 y salps2 en la cepa t. Harzianum cect 2413, que codifican sendas p\u00e9ptido sintetasas. Salps1 parece ser un pseudogen. Mediante un exhaustivo an\u00e1lisis de la secuencia, se formulan hip\u00f3tesis sobre la posible funci\u00f3n de estos genes.  iii. Clonaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n del gen thptr2 de t. Harzianum. Utilizando una estrategia basada en la generaci\u00f3n de ests, se identific\u00f3, clon\u00f3 y caracteriz\u00f3 el gen thptr2 de la cepa t. Harzianum cect 2413, que codifica un transportador de oligop\u00e9ptidos de la familia ptr. Se realiz\u00f3 tanto una sobreexpresi\u00f3n hom\u00f3loga como heter\u00f3loga del gen y los ensayos de actividad confirmaron la actividad prevista. Es el primer transportador de este tipo que ha sido estudiado en hongos filamentosos.  iv. Clonaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n del gen chit101 de t. Atroviride. Usando la misma estrategia anterior, se identific\u00f3, clon\u00f3 y caracteriz\u00f3 el gen chit101 de la cepa t. Atroviride t11. Chit101 codifica la primera quitinasa de tipo \u00abvegetal\u00bb estudiada en trichoderma.
