{"id":7355,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/biolixiviacion-de-menas-refractarias-de-oro-y-plata\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"biolixiviacion-de-menas-refractarias-de-oro-y-plata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/biolixiviacion-de-menas-refractarias-de-oro-y-plata\/","title":{"rendered":"Biolixiviacion de menas refractarias de oro y plata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Nieves Iglesias Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se analiza la eficacia de la biolixiviacion en el pretratamiento de un conjunto de minerales de oro y plata en los que la refractariedad viene provocada por la presencia de sulfuros metalicos, destacando los tres principales grupos de asociacion:  matriz de pirita, matriz de arsenopirita y matriz de sulfuros de cobre, tanto primarios como secundarios.  puede afirmarse que la biolixiviacion es un pretratamiento eficaz para menas refractarias de oro y plata en matriz de sulfuros. En el caso de menas en matriz de pirita, es necesario el contacto directo entre el sulfuro y los microorganismos.  en el caso de menas en matriz de sulfuros de cobre y\/o en matriz de sulfuros de arsenico, la biolixiviacion puede realizarse por un mecanismo de contacto indirecto con separacion de efectos, lo que permite alcanzar una cinetica mucho mas rapida que la de los procesos convencionales de biolixiviacion. Esta mejora cinetica reduce los tiempos de operacion con el consecuente abaratamiento de instalaciones y costes de operacion, lo que en el futuro, implicara la ampliacion de las reservas tratables de menas de oro y plata, mediante la incorporacion de minerales que actualmente no poseen la consideracion de mena al no existir procesos tecnologicos con viabilidad economica para su
