Se ha estudiado tres diferentes niveles de complejidad en la din\u00e1mica asociada a las variables que describen el estado de las sinapsis:     1,- se ha considerado una din\u00e1mica para las sinapsis determinista y basada en un modelo fenomenol\u00f3gico que permite reproducir experimentos reales. Esta din\u00e1mica incorpora efectos de depresi\u00f3n y facilitaci\u00f3n sin\u00e1ptica. Acoplada a esta din\u00e1mica las neuronas evolucionan de forma estoc\u00e1stica. El efecto de facilitaci\u00f3n es reducir sensiblemente la capacidad cr\u00edtica de la red, pero en cambio, permite responder m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente ante est\u00edmulos cambiantes.     2,- las sinapsis est\u00e1n sometidas a la acci\u00f3n de una perturbaci\u00f3n estoc\u00e1stica o ruido r\u00e1pido que depende de la actividad presinaptica. Las neuronas evolucionan estoc\u00e1sticamente en presencia de una distribuci\u00f3n estacionaria del ruido r\u00e1pido. \u00e9ste induce inestabilidad de los atractores que permite mejorar la respuesta de la red frente a est\u00edmulos externos.     3,- por \u00faltimo, se ha desarrollado un modelo m\u00e1s artificial donde las intensidades sin\u00e1pticas tienen estoc\u00e1stica controlada por un par\u00e1metro temperatura. dicha din\u00e1mica es acoplada a la din\u00e1mica para las neuronas que es tambi\u00e9n estoc\u00e1stica. La din\u00e1mica de este modelo permite detectar correlaciones entre los patrones aprendidos, hecho que lo hace \u00fatil para problemas de categorizaci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n de
