La introducci\u00f3n cubre los aspectos b\u00e1sicos de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s habituales hoy d\u00eda, din\u00e1mica cu\u00e1ntica, m\u00e9todos cu\u00e1nticos-cl\u00e1sicos y m\u00e9todos cl\u00e1sicos.  se estudian procesos de t\u00fanel y acoplamiento con la rotaci\u00f3n del grupo metilo en la mol\u00e9cula de 5-metiltropolona. Tambi\u00e9n se estudia el proceso de transferencia prot\u00f3nica y su relaci\u00f3n con el entorno supramolecular, estableci\u00e9ndose los efectos generales del entorno y los efectos espec\u00edficos de un entorno pr\u00f3tico. Otro sistema tratado es la transferencia prot\u00f3nica m\u00faltiples a trav\u00e9s de una cadena de mol\u00e9culas de agua, para el cual se desarrolla un modelo reducido en el que se llevan a cabo investigaciones por din\u00e1mica cu\u00e1ntica. Se establece la fuerte correlaci\u00f3n entre grados de libertad ligeros y pesantes, y la no separabilidad de la funci\u00f3n de onda nuclear. La tesis tambi\u00e9n  contiene un estudio din\u00e1mico sobre la eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en complejos met\u00e1licos de rutenio, basado en un modelo bidimensional y una propagaci\u00f3n de
