Esta basada en un proyecto de investigacion-accion-formacion que trata de responder a la demanda, en un principio de formacion, que un colectivo de diez profesoras diplomadas en enfermeria de una escuela universitaria de una provincia nos hacen. Se ha desarrollado desde la perspectiva de la investigacion-accion, apoyandose en la complementariedad de algunas de sus corrientes especificas. La demanda ha sido el hilo conductor que ha desencadenado el proyecto-proceso a lo largo de varias sesiones desarrolladas durante dos cursos escolares. La informacion de las sesiones se ha complementado con las entrevistas en profundidad realizadas a cada uno de los miembros y con el diario del investigador. El proyecto desarrolla tres grandes dimensiones a nivel teorico y practico como son: la dimension metodologica (demanda), la institucional (grupo-institucion) y la formativa (formacion) y hace ciertas
