{"id":73671,"date":"2018-03-09T23:18:34","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:18:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efectos-del-tabaco-sobre-la-estructura-de-los-vasos-umbilicales-humanos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:18:34","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:18:34","slug":"efectos-del-tabaco-sobre-la-estructura-de-los-vasos-umbilicales-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/anatomia-humana\/efectos-del-tabaco-sobre-la-estructura-de-los-vasos-umbilicales-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Efectos del tabaco sobre la estructura de los vasos umbilicales humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rebeca Sarrat Torres <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras estudiar en detalle la constituci\u00f3n de la pared de arterias y venas umbilicales sanas y sometidas a la acci\u00f3n de las noxas contenidas en el humo del tabaco, hemos obtenido los siguientes resultados:  los compartimientos celular y extracelular de los vasos umbilicales sanos, est\u00e1n constituidos por las mismas c\u00e9lulas, proteoglucanos y prote\u00ednas fibrosas y de adhesi\u00f3n que integran las paredes de los vasos del sistema circulatorio fetal y postnatal.  si bien a t\u00e9rmino, las arterias umbilicales, no las venas, carecen de membrana limitante el\u00e1stica interna, esta barrera est\u00e1 presente, en ambos vasos, durante la primera mitad de la gestaci\u00f3n; para, a partir de ese momento desaparecer progresivamente.   bajo la acci\u00f3n del tabaco, el subendotelio de estos vasos se hace aparente, debido al desarrollo de un engrosamiento intimal, siempre de tipo exc\u00e9ntrico. Este aumento de espesor de la \u00edntima afecta, no s\u00f3lo a los vasos a t\u00e9rmino, sino tambi\u00e9n a las arterias y venas de fetos ente la 11 semana y el nacimiento.  al igual que ocurre en otros vasos de etapas prenatales y postnatales,  la \u00edntima de vasos procedentes de madres fumadoras, aumenta a expensas de c\u00e9lulas musculares lisas de fenotipo contr\u00e1ctil y sint\u00e9tico, de macr\u00f3fagos y del espesor de las membranas y l\u00e1minas basales y del espacio intercelular de la regi\u00f3n.  los incrementos de las organelas e inclusiones citoplasm\u00e1ticas, que muestran las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales de vasos sometidos al tabaco: aumento del ret\u00edculo endopl\u00e1smico rugoso, las mitocondrias, los cuerpos de weibel palade, y los gr\u00e1nulos de gluc\u00f3geno y los fen\u00f3menos de pinocitosis, son prueba de la mayor actividad metab\u00f3lica, migratoria y sint\u00e9tica de esta regi\u00f3n.  las estructuras supramoleculares de la matriz extracelular, arriba citadas, aumenta su espesor a expensas de un incremento del proteoglucano condroit\u00edn sulfato, fibronectina, laminina y col\u00e1geno iv.  en los
