Los analitos, amino\u00e1cidos y prote\u00ednas, se derivatizaron covalentemente en-columna con el react\u00edvo 3-(2-furoil)quinolin-2-carbaldeh\u00eddo (fq) para generar productos fluorescentes excitables con un l\u00e1ser de argon ionizado ( exc= 488 nm).  el sistema ce-llf y los m\u00e9todos desarrollados se aplicaron al an\u00e1lisis de amino\u00e1cidos en f\u00e1rmacos y muestras de plasma humano, ya tres tipos de estudios relacionados con el an\u00e1lisis de prote\u00ednas, concretamente, la determinaci\u00f3n del al\u00e9rgeno beta-iactoglobulina bovina en alimentos infantiles, el estudio del efecto de la derivatizaci\u00f3n covalente sobre la separaci\u00f3n de glicoformas de ribonucleasa bjrib b) y la caracterizaci\u00f3n de microorganismos mediante sus perfiles proteicos. En el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo de la tesis, se han recogido los resultados del estudio a nivel de c\u00e9lulas ind\u00edviduales de dos prote\u00ednas involucradas en el ciclo celular de la levadura
