Se trata de un estudio de caso que analiza en tres planos el proceso de uno de los equipos que participaron en dicha formaci\u00f3n: las interacciones de una de las maestras en su aula, los documentos elaborados por el equipo de trabajo en el que ella participa  y la representaci\u00f3n de ese proceso y de s\u00ed mismo que el equipo elabora y ofrece en una entrevista final con la formadora. Tres son tambi\u00e9n los m\u00e9todos para el an\u00e1lisis del material seleccionado: estudio categorial, an\u00e1lisis textual y an\u00e1lisis del discurso.  En \u00e9l se desvelan algunos de los mecanismos que hacen posible la construcci\u00f3n conjunta de conocimiento y de discurso en una comunidad de profesionales de la educaci\u00f3n que afronta la cr\u00edtica como mecanismo de perfeccionamiento mientras fortalece los lazos internos a trav\u00e9s de lo que logra negociar los g\u00e9neros de la actividad y la transformaci\u00f3n de su pr\u00e1ctica. Se analiza el papel que los instrumentos cumplen en ese proceso, en particular el v\u00eddeo y la escritura.
