Chrysosporium mediante el empleo de un reactor de lecho fijo. Los resultados obtenidos han sido significativamente superiores a otros sistemas en continuo se\u00f1alados en la bibliografia y del mismo orden de magnitud que en los mejores sistemas en discontinuo, de mucha menor productividad, planteados hasta el momento. Las condiciones de operacion, tales como el grado mezcla en el reactor; el nivel de oxigenacion y la concentracion de glucosa durante el metabolismo secundario se han manifestado como parametros claves tanto en el nivel de actividad como en la estabilidad de las enzimas ligninoliticos.
