Teniendo en cuenta que la se\u00f1al de televisi\u00f3n terrestre se transmite con polarizaci\u00f3n lineal, se estudia con especial atenci\u00f3n c\u00f3mo es el ruido impulsivo que aparece simult\u00e1neamente en la polarizaci\u00f3n horinzontal y vertical y c\u00f3mo es el ruido impulsivo que aparece simult\u00e1neamente en la polarizaci\u00f3n y vertical y c\u00f3mo este hecho puede ser utilizado para reducir su efecto perjudicial.  este estudio se ha desarrollado en las siguientes etapas principales.  a) construcci\u00f3n de un sistema de medida de ruido impulsivo, con la posibilidad de poder registrar dos canales simult\u00e1neamente, que se usar\u00e1 para registrar las polirizaciones horizontal y vertical al mismo tiempo.  b) campa\u00f1a de medidas, con estudio de los datos y exposici\u00f3n de resultados.  c) desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo de detecci\u00f3n de ruido impulsivo, con aplicaci\u00f3n a la mejora de los sistemas se seguimiento del sincronismo en recepci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales dvb-t.  e) desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo de supresi\u00f3n de ruido impulsivo, para recepci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales dvb-t, basado en la correlaci\u00f3n de las polarizaciones horizontal y vertical, observada en la campa\u00f1a de medidas.  la tesis doctoral presenta un estudio del ruido impulsivo en canales de radio, basado en la exposici\u00f3n de los resultados obtenidos en una extensa campa\u00f1a de medidas y su possterior an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3rico.  entre las principales aportaciones al estado del arte destacan especialmente tres:  1.
