Se dise\u00f1a un algoritmos evolutivo para el aprendizaje y dise\u00f1o de redes neuronales formadas por unidas producto. en dicho algoritmo se definen dos tipos de mutaciones para evolucionar las redes.  igualmente se dise\u00f1an varias metodolog\u00edas h\u00edbridas que combinan el algoritmo evolutivo, de b\u00fasqueda global, con un algoritmo de b\u00fasqueda local, el de levenberg-marquardt, aplicando un proceso de agrupamiento previo para aplicar el algoritmo de b\u00fasqueda local solo a unos pocos individuos de la poblaci\u00f3n, realizando dicha b\u00fasqueda local en diferentes momentos del proceso evolutivo, y al final.  igualmente, se presentan algunas caracter\u00edsticas fundamentales de este tipo de redes neuronales. las diferentes metodolog\u00edas se utilizan con \u00e9xito a varios problemas de prueba, y aun problema real de microbiolog\u00eda predictiva relacionado con el crecimiento de la bacteria \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctica leuconostoc mesenteroides, presente en las carnes cocidas envasadas. Se obtienen modelos m\u00e1s precisos e interpretables que los anteriormente obtenidos con redes neuronales de unidades sigmoides para el caso del problema de microbiolog\u00eda predictiva y en los
