El genotipo en 108 condilomas acuminados, y con reaccion de polimerasa en cadena (pcr) en los casos en que la primera fuese negativa o mostrara infeccion mixta. La sensibilidad de la h.S. En la deteccion de adn viral fue del 76.8%, pues en el 92% de las muestras negativas se hallo adn con la pcr. Confirmamos con pcr el 11.8% de las infecciones mixtas detectadas con h.S., Lo que indica una pobre sensibilidad de la tecnica en las mismas. La preValencia de genotipos despues de combinar las dos tecnicas fue del 93.5% para los genotipos 6\/11, 2.8% para 16\/18, y 4.6% para 31\/35.
