neurol\u00e9ptica constituye un tema de gran inter\u00e9s dentro de los programas de dise\u00f1o y descubrimiento de f\u00e1rmacos que desarrolla la comunidad cient\u00edfica.  la preparaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas con actividad farmacol\u00f3gica espec\u00edfica y el \u00e9nfasis en el estudio de la relaci\u00f3n estructura-actividad constituye, dentro de la qu\u00edmica de los medicamentos, un tema de gran inter\u00e9s para el descubrimiento y desarrollo de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos empleados en el tratamiento de algunas enfermedades del snc tales como la esquizofrenia.  en la presente memoria se describen la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de aminovalerofenonas y aminobutirofenonas heteroc\u00edclicas de conformaci\u00f3n restringida y sus estudios de afinidad por receptores dopmamin\u00e9rgicos d2 y serotonin\u00e9rgicos 5-ht2a y 5-ht2c.  el estudio farmacol\u00f3gico de uni\u00f3n a receptores de estas nuevas familias de aminobutirofenonas de conformaci\u00f3n restringida y sus hom\u00f3logos superiores (amonovalerofenonas) nos ha permitido realizar una importante contribuci\u00f3n al conocimiento de la relaci\u00f3n estructura-afinidad en
