{"id":73981,"date":"2018-03-09T23:18:57","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diagnostico-molecular-de-los-tumores-neuroblasticos-perfil-genetico-y-analisis-de-genes-supresores-de-tumores\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:18:57","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:18:57","slug":"diagnostico-molecular-de-los-tumores-neuroblasticos-perfil-genetico-y-analisis-de-genes-supresores-de-tumores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/diagnostico-molecular-de-los-tumores-neuroblasticos-perfil-genetico-y-analisis-de-genes-supresores-de-tumores\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagnostico molecular de los tumores neurobl\u00e1sticos: perfil gen\u00e9tico y an\u00e1lisis de genes supresores de tumores."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Paula L\u00e1zcoz Ripoll <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introducci\u00f3n  los tumores neurobl\u00e1sticos son los tumores malignos s\u00f3lidos m\u00e1s frecuentes durante la edad pedi\u00e1trica.Seg\u00fan el comit\u00e9 internacional de patolog\u00eda del neuroblastoma se distinguen cuatro tipos de tumores neurobl\u00e1stcos: neuroblastomas, ganglioneuroblastomas intermezclado, ganglioneuroblasoma modular y ganlioneroma.Las alteraiones gen\u00e9ticas m\u00e1s frecuenates en estos tumores son: la ampliaci\u00f3n de mycn y las deleciones en 1p , ambas asociadas a mas pron\u00f3stico.  objetivos  &#8211; determinaci\u00f3n de la frecuencia de deleciones e inestabilidad de microsat\u00e9lites en 10q y 3p21,  &#8211; an\u00e1lisis de grado de hipermetilaci\u00f3n de los gener pten, mgmt, mx11, fgfr2, rassf1a, nore1a,blu y casp8 y su correlaci\u00f3n con el nivel de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica.  &#8211; determinacci\u00f3n de ganancias y p\u00e9rdidas de material gen\u00e9tico a nivel global.  &#8211; determinaci\u00f3n de la posible correlaci\u00f3n entre las alteraciones encontradas y los datos clinico patol\u00f3gicos de los tumores.  material y m\u00e9todos.  el estudio se realiz\u00f3 sobre 45 tumores neurobl\u00e1sticos y 12 l\u00edneas celulares de neuroblastoma.  las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas fueron las siguientes: pcr diferencial, pcr, msp , rt-pcr y cgh.  resultados.  se observaron deleciones e inestabilidad de microsat\u00e9lites en 10q y 3p21 hasta en un 21% de las muestras analizadas.Los genes mgmt, rassf1a, nore1a, blu y casp8 se encontraron hipermetilados en un 8%,83%,3%,8% y 60% de los tumores analizados y en un 25%, 100%,50%,66% y 92% de las l\u00edneas celulares de neuroblastoma.Se detect\u00f3 ausencia de expresi\u00f3n de rassf1a en todas las l\u00edneas celulares y fueron las ganancias de los cromosomas 17 y 2p, las p\u00e9rdidas de los cromosomas 22 y 11 y la ampliaci\u00f3n de mycn.  conclusiones  las conclusiones m\u00e1s relevantes extra\u00eddas a partir de este trabajo fueron las siguientes:  1. Las alteraciones a nivel del cromosoma 10q parece ser un tipo de alteraci\u00f3n poco frecuente en estos tumores, mientras que la regi\u00f3n crom<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
