La primera de ellas trata sobre la implementaci\u00f3n de una nueva metodolog\u00eda para el estudio de superficies e intercaras enterradas. Dicha metodolog\u00eda, instalada en la l\u00ednea espa\u00f1ola spline de radiaci\u00f3n sincrotr\u00f3n en el european synchrotron radiation facility (esrf), consiste en la combinaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de la t\u00e9cnica de fotoemisi\u00f3n de rayos-x a altas y bajas energ\u00edas (de oa 15kev) y la t\u00e9cnica de difracci\u00f3n de rayos-x con \u00e1ngulo de incidencia rasante. esta metodolog\u00eda permite el estudio simult\u00e1neo de las propiedades estructurales, compos\u00edcionales y electr\u00f3nicas de l\u00e1minas delgadas de una manera no destructiva. para el desarrollo de dicha metodolog\u00eda se ha dise\u00f1ado y se ha montado un equipo experimental que cumple con los requisitos de ambas t\u00e9cnicas. este equipo experimental consta principalmente de tres partes: a) un equipo de ultra-alto vac\u00edo en el cual se pueden hacer procesos de crecimiento de peliculas delgadas, experimentos in-situ, experimentos a bajas temperaturas, etc. B) un analizador de electrones capaz de detectar fotoelectrones de alta y baja energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica (de ohasta 15 kev) , y c) un difract\u00f3metro sobre el cual se monta el equipo de uhv con el analizador.  uno de los factores m\u00e1s decisivos en el dise\u00f1o de dicho sistema experimental estriba en la elecci\u00f3n del analizador de electrones. No hay ning\u00fan analizador de electrones comercial capaz de detectar fotoelectrones con energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica de 15 kev. Los analizadores convencionales trabajan hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 5 kev.
