El nucleo de la memoria lo constituye el modelo presentado para tratar los conductores de seccion arbitraria. De acuerdo con dicho modelo, cada conductor se sustituye por un conjunto de tiras de grosor nulo sometidas a igual potencial. Este modelo permite obtener las matrices capacidad, conductancia, resistencia e inductancia por unidad de longitud de la linea. El calculo de las perdidas ohmicas se realiza extendiendo la regla de la inductancia incremental a un sistema multiconductor. El analisis numerico de la linea modelo se realiza resolviendo la ecuacion integral para la carga mediante el metodo de galerkin combinado con tecnicas espectrales, prestando especial atencion a las tecnicas asintoticas destinadas a acelerar el calculo de las integrales espectrales. Los resultados obtenidos tras el estudio del modelo han permitido analizar una gran variedad de lineas con resultados acordes a los obtenidos por metodos diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
