Por otra parte, el modelo de personalidad de los cinco grandes alternativo (zuckerman, 1991) constituye un modelo de personalidad basado en la tradici\u00f3n psicobiol\u00f3gica, aunque apenas ha sido utilizado en investigaci\u00f3n sobre estr\u00e9s laboral.  de acuerdo con dichos modelos, en el presente estudio se analiza el efecto moderador de la personalidad en la relaci\u00f3n entre condiciones de trabajo y una serie de factores de riesgos laborales de \u00edndole psicosocial, en una muestra de trabajadores del sector p\u00fablico de servicios. Se plantean hip\u00f3tesis en tres \u00e1reas diferenciadas, con lo que se trata de replicar resultados hallados en estudios previos, y m\u00e1s concretamente proponer una metodolog\u00eda relativamente inexplorada en este campo: el an\u00e1lisis de relaciones moderadoras en un contexto de an\u00e1lisis de estructuras de covarianza con variables latentes. en t\u00e9rminos generales, los resultados obtenidos son similares a los rese\u00f1ados habitualmente en la literatura, aunque con diversos matices destacables. Por otra parte, los resultados obtenidos mediante el an\u00e1lisis con variables latentes ofrecen una panor\u00e1mica comprensiva e innovadora del papel moderador de la personalidad en los procesos de estr\u00e9s laboral.
