Encontramos una mayor incidencia tumoral y un periodo de latencia mas corto por la via intramuscular y asimismo, en el grupo tratado con 3,4-benzopireno con respecto a los restantes grupos. La tecnica de paaf aplicada a cada uno de los tumores proporciono una especificidad del 94 % y la sensibilidad del 29 % en los diagnosticos. El estudio histologico demostro una mayor incidencia de rabdomiosarcomas en el grupo tratado con subsulfuro de niquel de forma estadisticamente significativa (p&lt;0,001), mientras que en los otros dos grupos predominaron los fibrohistiocitomas malignos. No aparecieron tumores malignos en el grupo testigo. El hipercromatismo, pseudoinclusiones y multiplicidad nuclear y las caracteristicas citoplasmicas fueron los hallazgos de mayor valor discriminativo en el estudio citologico. Los estudios inmunohistoquimico y ultraestructural aseguraron el diagnostico correcto en los casos problema.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio
