Es por ello de gran inter\u00e9s el estudio de estas prote\u00ednas en modelos biomim\u00e9ticos tales como los proteoliposomas o los cristales 2d.  la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas manom\u00e9tricas, como la microscop\u00eda de fuerza at\u00f3mica (afm), as\u00ed como determinados m\u00e9todos de fluorescencia (c\u00e1lculo del incremento de potencial electrost\u00e1tico de superficie y anisotrop\u00eda de la fluorescencia), permiten el estudio del proceso de reconstruci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas.  la hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo y objetivo principal de esta tesis fue el estudio detallado del proceso de reconstituci\u00f3n de dos prote\u00ednas transmembranarias, la porina omp1 de serratia marcescens y la lactosa permeasa de escherichia coli (lacy),tomando como modelo para comprobar la posible aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas a este tipo de mol\u00e9culas, el citocromo c y la melitina.  finalmente, se concluy\u00f3 que tanto los proteoliposomas, como las l\u00e1minas l\u00edpido-proteicas obtenidas fueron totalmente estables en soluci\u00f3n y sobre un sustrato plano. La lacy reconstituida en popc fue cristalizada en 2d y visualizada por afm, presentando un motivo dim\u00e9rico. Los par\u00e1metros de celda, fueron: a=13,15nm, b=16,74nm, y=116, concordantes con una simetr\u00eda de tipo p2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
