La liberaci\u00f3n de gr\u00e1nulos y la activaci\u00f3n de xiibb3   por mecanismos cox-i independientes. Existe un  di\u00ed\u00a0logo entre las v\u00edas de fosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en residuos tirosina y serina\/treonina, capaz de regular la actividad de la pla2 y de la integrina xiibb3 . La serina\/treonina fosfatasas pp1\/pp2a regulan la pla2 a trav\u00e9s de su control de la fosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en tirosina. Al estudiar por separado las fases de activaci\u00f3n y reclutamiento plaquetario, encontramos que el adp es cr\u00edtico en la fase de reclutamiento, mientras que el txa2 regula la fase de activaci\u00f3n.  los eritrocitos incrementan la activaci\u00f3n y el reclutamiento y reducen la eficacia del bloqueo de los distintos receptores. Adem\u00e1s favorecen la exposici\u00f3n de p-selectina y la activaci\u00f3n dexiibb3.  Los eritrocitos responden a compuestos del liberado txa2, araquid\u00f3nico, elevando el calcio y exponiendo fosfatilserina.
