Es una tesis aplicada y orientada a la toma de decisiones a partir de una muestra de ocho tipos de inetrvenciones diversas. se parte de un paradigma sociocr\u00edtico y la interpreatci\u00f3n social de la realidad, teniendo a habermas y a berger  como referencias epistemol\u00f3gicas.  se utiliza una metodolog\u00eda cualititativa que parte de tres estrat\u00e9gias: el an\u00e1lisi de la documentaci\u00f3n de los proyectos evaluados, las entrevistas a los agentes sociales y educativos, y la triangulaci\u00f3n de datos. Se utiliza un proceso iluminativo o democr\u00e1tico, implicando a los protagonismtas de la dinamizaci\u00f3n de este tipo de programas en la investigaci\u00f3n.  el marco te\u00f3rico analiza diversos aspectos de la educaci\u00f3n social, la infancia en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo, la realidad sociol\u00f3gica de la pobreza en espa\u00f1a y catalu\u00f1a, el marco legal, la intervenci\u00f3n socioeducativa y el estado del bienestar.  las conclusiones elaboran tres tipos de resultados: 1.El estado de la cuesti\u00f3n del medio abierto en los territorios evaluados. 2. Las recomendaciones para su mejora y optimizaci\u00f3n en clave de futuro. 3.
