Los principios b\u00e1sicos en los que se apoya esta arquitectura son explotar las capacidades de interconexi\u00f3n de un sistema \u00f3ptico, alta densidad de conexiones y alta velocidad, y explotar las capacidades de procesamiento de un sistema electr\u00f3nico, con un esquema modular y f\u00e1cilmente configurable.  inicialmente se describe el esquema de principio de la arquitectura y se analiza su funcionalidad mediante un primer prototipo basado en componentes discretos de bajo coste.  para construir un sistema optoelectr\u00f3nico compacto se ha implementado un elemento \u00f3ptico de interconexi\u00f3n con capacidad de enfoque mediante hologramas de volumen multiplexados. Adicionalmente se ha integrado una matriz de 6\u00ed&#8211;6 detectores junto con la electr\u00f3nica de procesamiento neuronal asociada en tecnolog\u00eda cmos.  finalmente se ha dise\u00f1ado un sistema de visi\u00f3n, compuesto por un sensor de imagen cmos, un prototipo de la arquitectura configurada como una red de hamming y un controlador, capaz de capturar una imagen y clasificarla entre un conjunto de clases representadas por un patr\u00f3n de referencia. para la mejora de las prestaciones de velocidad del clasificador se ha montado otro prototipo basado en dispositivos
