{"id":74299,"date":"2005-03-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-03-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/desarrollo-de-sensores-opticos-para-gases-y-diseno-de-instrumentacion-portatil\/"},"modified":"2005-03-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-03-06T00:00:00","slug":"desarrollo-de-sensores-opticos-para-gases-y-diseno-de-instrumentacion-portatil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/desarrollo-de-sensores-opticos-para-gases-y-diseno-de-instrumentacion-portatil\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo de sensores \u00f3pticos para gases y dise\u00f1o de instrumentaci\u00f3n port\u00e1til"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  L\u00f3pez Gonz\u00e1lez Francisco Javier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se ha desarrollado una plataforma instrumental, sencilla de f\u00e1cil manejo y basada en medidas de atenuaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de luminiscencia, que nos permite la determinaci\u00f3n de gases.     para ello se han preparado y caracterizado mediante instrumentaci\u00f3n de sobremesa membranas sensoras para o2 utilizando diferentes pol\u00edmeros y formas de preparaci\u00f3n; las propiedades sensoras que exhiben dichas membranas se han establecido de manera que sean compatibles con los requerimientos de la instrumentaci\u00f3n port\u00e1til que se ha desarrollado en cuanto a compatibilidad con fuente de excitaci\u00f3n led y detectores \u00f3pticos dentro del espectro visible, alta intensidad luminosa, tiempos de vida largos y buena estabilidad. El principio de media de los prototipos que se han desarrollado se basa en un aspecto novedoso que utiliza un elemento fotodetector con salida binaria que permite realizar medidas bas\u00e1ndose en un par\u00e1metro temporal en el que intervienen tanto la intensidad como el tiempo de vida del a emisi\u00f3n luminosa. En los prototipos desarrollados se han incluido las membranas sensoras fabricadas y tambi\u00e9n se ha utilizado un planteamiento de recubrimiento directo del fotodetector con la sustancia sensora que ha dado buenos resultados en cuanto a alineaci\u00f3n robustez y posibilidad de sustituci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de la zona sensora. Hemos caracterizado la respuesta a ox\u00edgeno de los distintos prototipos desarrollados, hemos estudiado el efecto dela temperatura, el efecto de posibles gases interferentes y hemos conseguido la calibraci\u00f3n del prototipo en un solo punto utilizando una ecuaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica. Finalmente hemos validado el sistema con un medidor de referencia.     se han establecido diferentes estrategias para la formaci\u00f3n de membranas sensibles a co2 de manera que pudiesen ser medidas con la instrumentaci\u00f3n port\u00e1til tipo \u00f3ptico que se ha desarrollado.
