Con el apoyo de par\u00e1metros biof\u00edsicos (moco cervical, temperatura basal, ecograf\u00eda vaginal), se estudian par\u00e1metros microsc\u00f3picos como lo son el calculo de porcentajes de los distintos tipos de cristalizaci\u00f3n y el estudio de la canalizaci\u00f3n en moco cervical humano. Como resultado del estudio microsc\u00f3pico se aporta una clasificaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gca de la canalizaci\u00f3n simplificada, en cinco grados, para facilitar el diagn\u00f3stico de fertilidad en la cl\u00ednica, y se describen por primera vez algunos elementos importantes para el an\u00e1lisis del grado de fertilidad de las muestras que se han dejado secar tapadas con un cubreobjetos. Asimismo se estudian par\u00e1metros bioqu\u00edmicos, como lo son las prote\u00ednas y glucoprote\u00ednas que contiene el moco cervical human, con el objetivo de encontrar diferencias en las prote\u00ednas y glucoprote\u00ednas del moco cervical de las distintas fases del ciclo ov\u00e1rico. Como resultado de nuestra electroforesis sds-page de prote\u00ednas y despu\u00e9s del te\u00f1ido con reactivo de schiff se pone de manifiesto,  en las muestras extra\u00eddas en momento del ciclo con niveles altos de estr\u00f3genos, la presencia de una glucoprote\u00edna que hemos denominado e, cuyo pm est\u00e1 por encima de 300 kd; asimismo, en las muestras extra\u00eddas en momento del ciclo con influencia progester\u00f3nica, se evidencia otra glucoprote\u00edna que hemos denominado g, cuyo pm est\u00e1 por encima de 200 kd. En momentos de transici\u00f3n en el predominio hormonal aparecen las dos glucoprote\u00ednas  te\u00f1idas con igual intensidad, o bien no aparece ninguna de las dos. En los geles te\u00f1idos con tinci\u00f3n de coomasie hemos observado la presencia y la evoluci\u00f3n a lo largo del ciclo ov\u00e1rico de cuatro prote\u00ednas m\u00e1s significativas, que hemos denominado: prote\u00edna a (70 kd), prote\u00edna b (60 kd), prote\u00edna c (50 kd) y prote\u00edna d (15 kd).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
