Las \u00abrimas divinas\u00bb re\u00fanen once poemas: dos \u00e9glogas, un villancico, un soneto, dos esp\u00ednelas, dos glosas, un romance y dos poemas.  el punto de partida para la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta edici\u00f3n cr\u00edtica ha sido la fuente original de la primera edici\u00f3n y el cotejo exhaustivo entre ocho ejemplares de la misma. Esta tarea permiti\u00f3 la fijaci\u00f3n del texto, liber\u00e1ndolo de erratas y lecturas err\u00f3neas. Se modernizaron las graf\u00edas, teniendo en cuenta que no afectase a la fon\u00e9tica de la \u00e9poca, y tambi\u00e9n se hizo lo propio con la puntuaci\u00f3n y acentuaci\u00f3n, atendiendo a la m\u00e9trica. Y, una vez aclarada la lectura del texto, se procedi\u00f3 a su anotaci\u00f3n, con la intenci\u00f3n de alcanzar una mejor inteligencia del texto. Para ello se llev\u00f3 a cabo una labor de recopilaci\u00f3n de datos a trav\u00e9s de lecturas, consulta, b\u00fasquedas, y de reflexi\u00f3n de cada poema, para desentra\u00f1ar el significado preciso de cada poema del siglo xvii, inmerso en su contexto cultural, hist\u00f3rico y literario.  el objetivo ha sido alcanzar una edici\u00f3n lo m\u00e1s fiel posible a la voluntad del autor en lo
