Para ello, se plantean metodolog\u00edas que permitan simplificar el efecto de los amortiguadores en el an\u00e1lisis din\u00e1mico, reduciendo la matriz de amortiguamiento original, no proporcional, a un amortiguamiento proporcional simplificado equivalente. Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se plantean estimaciones para aproximar las propiedades din\u00e1micas de estos sistemas (modos y frecuencias), de manera que dichas estimaciones simplifiquen los an\u00e1lisis din\u00e1micos cuando sea necesario realizarlos de forma repetitiva a lo largo de posiciones sucesivas en los grandes desplazamientos de estas estructuras. una vez construido dicho modelo din\u00e1mico simplificado, se determinan de localizaciones \u00f3ptimas para amortiguadores discretos distribuidos por la estructura. Existe una amplia bibliograf\u00eda a este respecto pero su aplicaci\u00f3n a las estructuras de geometr\u00eda variable sometidas a grandes desplazamientos presenta dificultades. Se propone modelos de optimizaci\u00f3n simplificados, basados en \u00edndices de efectividad. A su vez, a diferencia de los \u00edndices de efectividad propuestos por otros autores, en esta tesis, se plantea desarrollar unos \u00edndices que no desprecien el efecto de los elementos amortiguadores seg\u00fan se van disponiendo por la estructura, sino que lo tengan en cuenta, de forma rigurosa, a la hora de decidir la localizaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de nuevos
