(1634-1705) en el contexto de la pintura europea de su \u00e9poca, centr\u00e1ndose como su titulo indica, en su relaci\u00f3n con la corte de Madrid. Contacto que comenz\u00f3 probablemente en 1657, con los primeros envios de pinturas desde n\u00e1poles y que culminar\u00eda con la estancia del pintor en nuestro pais, entre 1692 y 1702. en la tesis se incluye el estado de la cuesti\u00f3n de los estudios relativos al pintor, as\u00ed como una breve biograf\u00eda y el estudio de su estilo, para tratar m\u00e1s pormenorizadamente la producci\u00f3n de su estancia espa\u00f1ola y la repercusi\u00f3n de la misma en la pintura porsterior. Una influencia que es rasteable hasta la obra de goya. ademas del estudio forman la tesis un volumen del documentaci\u00f3n y dos vol\u00famenes de cat\u00e1logo razonado, en los que se incluye por orden cronol\u00f3gico todas las pinturas y dibujos del artista que alguna vez han formado parte de colecciones espa\u00f1olas independientemente de la fecha de adquisici\u00f3n.
