{"id":74402,"date":"2005-07-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-07-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/separacion-selectiva-de-metales-pesados-en-efluentes-industriales-mediante-tecnologa%c2%ada-psu\/"},"modified":"2005-07-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-07-06T00:00:00","slug":"separacion-selectiva-de-metales-pesados-en-efluentes-industriales-mediante-tecnologa%c2%ada-psu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/separacion-selectiva-de-metales-pesados-en-efluentes-industriales-mediante-tecnologa%c2%ada-psu\/","title":{"rendered":"Separaci\u00f3n selectiva de metales pesados en efluentes industriales mediante tecnolog\u00eda psu"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rafael Camarillo Blas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La actual investigaci\u00f3n pretende estudiar la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica del proceso denominado \u00abultrafiltraci\u00f3n facilitada con pol\u00edmeros solubles en agua\u00bb (psu, polymer supported ultrafiltration), como m\u00e9todo de recuperaci\u00f3n de iones met\u00e1licos (cobre, n\u00edquel, cadmio y plomo) de efluentes acuosos.  la t\u00e9cnica psu consta de una primera etapa reactiva de formaci\u00f3n de complejos entre uno o m\u00e1s metales con ligandos polim\u00e9ricos solubles en agua (quelatos), y una segunda etapa de retenci\u00f3n de los complejos macromoleculares formados mediante una tecnolog\u00eda de membrana (en este caso ultrafiltraci\u00f3n) en fase homog\u00e9nea.  en primer lugar, se estudiaron las propiedades \u00e1cido-base de diferentes pol\u00edmeros basados en el \u00e1cido poliacr\u00edlico, as\u00ed como la estabilidad de los complejos formados entre dichos pol\u00edmeros y los iones met\u00e1licos considerados. la medida de las constantes de disociaci\u00f3n de los pol\u00edmeros y de las constantes de formaci\u00f3n de los complejos ser\u00e1 de especial importancia para la posterior modelizaci\u00f3n del proceso psu.  a continuaci\u00f3n, se dise\u00f1aron, montaron y se pusieron a punto dos instalaciones de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n a escala de laboratorio que conten\u00edan sendas membranas tubulares cer\u00e1micas, una de ellas con di\u00e1metro hidr\u00e1ulico reducido mediante la inserci\u00f3n de una varilla.  se estudi\u00f3 la hidrodin\u00e1mica de ambas instalaciones, con el objetivo de maximizar los flujos de permeado y los coeficientes de rechazo de pol\u00edmero obtenidos en este proceso. Se analiz\u00f3 la influencia de la temperatura, el ph, la fuerza i\u00f3nica, el caudal de alimentaci\u00f3n y la concentraci\u00f3n de soluto sobre los dos par\u00e1metros de dise\u00f1o anteriores.  tras haber llevado a cabo los estudios en el modo de recirculaci\u00f3n total, se pas\u00f3 a trabajar en el modo discontinuo, en el que las dos corrientes generadas (permeado y rechazo) se env\u00edan a tanques separados.
