Su microestructura despu\u00e9s de la sinterizaci\u00f3n consiste en una matriz inoxidable ferr\u00edtica con carburos dispersos de cr y otros elementos. Este acero combina de manera satisfactoria propiedades de resistencia al desgaste, por la presencia de carburos, con resistencia a corrosi\u00f3n, por el porcentaje de cr que permanece en la matriz. Sin embargo, su baja compresibilidad derivada del alto contenido de elementos formadores de carburos eleva los costes de producci\u00f3n.  para mejorar las variables de procesado, en especial la compresibilidad, se propone el desarrollo de mezclas de este acero con otros de mayor compresibilidad, buscando mejorar esta propiedad sin perjuicio de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y la resistencia al desgaste.  para todos los materiales propuestos se ha realizado un completo estudio de sinterabilidad, y han sido caracterizados mediante un estudio de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, el
