En este apartado se muestra la primera reacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n intramolecular de derivados nitrogenados a acetilenos a trav\u00e9s de un simple proceso de yodaci\u00f3n.  el cap\u00edtulo 2 est\u00e1 dedicado al estudio de la reacci\u00f3n del ipy2bf4 frente a sistemas de tipo alquenil-areno y alquinil-areno con un hetero\u00e1tomo que conecta ambas funciones. As\u00ed mismo, se investiga el comportamiento qu\u00edmico de ?-Arilaldeh\u00eddos frente a ipy2bf4.  en la primera parte de este cap\u00edtulo se describe la reacci\u00f3n de yodocarbociclaci\u00f3n diastereoselectiva de alquenilaril \u00e9teres y alquenilaril aminas. Seguidamente se estudia el comportamiento del reactivo de yodaci\u00f3n frente a sustratos terp\u00e9nicos.  la segunda parte esta dedicada a la reacci\u00f3n de alquinilaril \u00e9teres y alquinilaril aminas con ipy2bf4, resultando un proceso de carbociclaci\u00f3n que origina sistemas yodofuncionalizados. La versatilidad sint\u00e9tica del enlace c-i permite obtener diferentes generaciones de compuestos tras consecutivas transformaciones qu\u00edmicas.  en la tercera parte del cap\u00edtulo se describe una nueva reacci\u00f3n de friedel-crafts por activaci\u00f3n \u00abformal\u00bb del enlace c-h de un grupo aldeh\u00eddo, que permite acceder a una colecci\u00f3n de cetonas c\u00edclicas
