Bax y bid, con membranas lip\u00eddicas.  en primer lugar se determinaron los dominios de interacci\u00f3n con membranas en estas prote\u00ednas mediante \u00abmapeo\u00bb por elicosilaci\u00f3n. Algunos de estos dominios se sintetizaron qu\u00edmicamente, y se analiz\u00f3 su capacidad para permeabilizar membranas en sistemas modelo (ves\u00edculas unilamelares grandes y bicapas planas). En paralelo se inici\u00f3 su caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural en medios lip\u00eddicos y lipidomim\u00e9ticos por dicroismo circular y espectroscopia de infrarrojo.
