En l3 y l5, dos barras y un conector, previamente modelados. El contacto entre los tornillos y el hueso se asumi\u00f3 como perfecto. Este modelo fue modificado extrayendo ambos discos interverebrales y el cuerpo de l4.  Se realizaron tomograf\u00edas computerizadas de un fragmento diafisario de f\u00e9mur, uno de tibia y uno de peron\u00e9 del mismo paciente, a partir de los cuales se modelaron dichos aloinjertos. Se adaptaron al modelo y se definieron los contactos y las propiedades de los materiales.  se investigaron cuatro configuraciones: con f\u00e9mur, con tibia, con tres peron\u00e9s, y con seis peron\u00e9s. Se investigaron cuatro superficies sobre las cuales se sustentaba el injerto: sobre la placa terminal completa, retirando la mitad del cart\u00edlago terminal, retirando la totalidad del cart\u00edlago terminal y retriando la placa \u00f3sea subcondral. Se aplicaron fuerzas de comprensi\u00f3n de 1000n, flexi\u00f3n, extensi\u00f3n y rotaci\u00f3n de 15 nm respectivamente. Se calcularon las tensiones y los estreses generados, as\u00ed como los desplazamientos producidos.  resultados  los estreses de von misses dentro del fijador se mantienen por debajo del l\u00edmite de fatiga y del est\u00e9s de yield cuando de complementa el montaje con un aloinjerto anterior. El uso del fijador hace que el raquis lumbar sea 10 veces m\u00e1s r\u00edgido, lo que afectar\u00e1  a la remodelacion del hueso a largo plazo. La geometr\u00eda y la configuraci\u00f3n del aloinjerto tienen influencia en las tensiones dentro de las v\u00e9rtebras adyacentes.
