Mediante agrobacterium tumefaciens. Este consisti\u00f3 en: i) precultivo de explantes de hoja durante 48 horas en el medio fi; ii) inmersi\u00f3n durante 2 minutos en el medio mb2 con la cepa lba4404 de agrobacterium tumefaciens; iii) cocultivo en oscuridad durante 24 a 72 horas; iv) regeneraci\u00f3n en el medio fi con 100 mg\/l de kanamicina (kn) aplicada 48 horas despu\u00e9s del cocultivo; v) desarrollo de brotes en el medio fii con 100 mg\/l de kn; vi) enraizamiento de los brotes en el medio ia0,5 con igual concentraci\u00f3n de kn. Las l\u00edneas transg\u00e9nicas se caracterizaron por pcr, resistencia a kn y el test x-gluc. La expresi\u00f3n del transgen psag12-ipt produjo alteraciones morfol\u00f3gicas con una intensidad variable.
