Streptomyces alboniger produce un antibi\u00f3tico aminonucleos\u00eddico, puromicina, que inhibe la bios\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas, tanto en organismos eucariotas como procariotas. El \u00abcluster\u00bb de bios\u00edntesis de puromicina ha sido aislado previamente (lacalle y col., 1992) y se han estudiado y caracterizado diferentes genes del \u00abcluster\u00bb, sin embargo a ninguno de ellos se le ha podido asociar una funci\u00f3n reguladora.  en este trabajo, nos hemos centrado en el estudio de dos genes. Uno de ellos, blda, implicado en regulaci\u00f3n traduccional, codifica un arn de transferencia que incorpora leu y reconoce el cod\u00f3n tta, poco com\u00fan en un organismo como streptomyces con un alto contenido en g+c en su genoma. Este cod\u00f3n se encuentra presente en dos genes del \u00abcluster\u00bb pur (pur10 y pur6). El segundo gen estudiado, pur8, es el \u00faltimo gen del \u00abcluster\u00bb. Codifica una prote\u00edna transmembrana implicada en resistencia.  se ha aislado el gen blda de s. Alboniger, con identidad con otros genes blda aislados de streptomyces coelicolor, streptomyces griseus, streptomyces clavuligerus  y streptomyces avermitilis. La expresi\u00f3n del gen blda en mocopia y alto n\u00famero de copias, ha sido capaz de complementar el mutante streptomyces lividans j1725 (blda-), restaurando el fenotipo silvestre de esporulaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, la producci\u00f3n de puromicina no se vio afectada por la expresi\u00f3n del gen blda en alto n\u00famero de copias en el organismo productor.  el cod\u00f3n tta ha sido reemplazado por el cod\u00f3n ttg (mutaci\u00f3n silenciosa) en los genes pur10 y pur6 del \u00abcl\u00faster\u00bb de bios\u00edntesis de puromicina. Esto nos permitir\u00e1 conocer m\u00e1s acerca de la relaci\u00f3n existente entre el gen blda, la transcripci\u00f3n del \u00abcluster\u00bb pur y la producci\u00f3n de puromicina, todos ellos con
