Asimismo, se identifican y analizan las diversas corrientes investigadoras existentes en este \u00e1mbito de conocimiento, plante\u00e1ndose un modelo conceptual multidimensional de valor y dese\u00f1andose una escala de medida para el mismo. Por otra parte, se investiga acerca de la relaci\u00f3n entre el valor percibido y otra serie de variables de inter\u00e9s en el \u00e1mbito de la relaci\u00f3n con el cliente como satisfacci\u00f3n y realidad del consumidor tambi\u00e9n se evidencia la capacidad que posee el valor par el consumidor como variable de segmentaci\u00f3n del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
