Estas enzimas son de gran inter\u00e9s debido a su elevado potencial biotecnol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como porque pueden actuar como factores de virulencia en determinadas patolog\u00edas infecciosas. Por lo tanto, el objetivo del presente trabajo fue el aislamiento, donaci\u00f3n, caracterizaci\u00f3n e inhibici\u00f3n por sustancias naturales  de lipasas microbianas con inter\u00e9s en biotecnolog\u00eda y en enfermedades infecciosas.  el primer cap\u00edtulo se centr\u00f3 en aislar y caracterizar nuevas lipasas del g\u00e9nero bacillus para analizar su potencial biotecnol\u00f3gico. Se analiz\u00f3 el sistema lipol\u00edtico varias cepas muy activas y con un sistema lipol\u00edtico desconocido, y posteriormente se aislaron, clonaron y caracterizaron las lipasas lipa de bacillus megalerium cect 370 y lipa de bac\u00edllus sp. Bp-6, dos  arboxilesterasas que son de elevado inter\u00e9s biotecnol\u00f3gico debido a su estabilidad y a sus propiedades bioqu\u00edmicas y moleculares.  en el cap\u00edtulo 2 se aislaron 724 microorganismos a partir de suelo de un bosque subtroplcal, 449 de los cuales degradaban l\u00edpidos y\/o polisacaridos. cr-53 y cr-179, dos a\u00edslados muy activos, fueron identificados como cepas cercanas a las especies rhodococcus erylhropolis y bacillus sublilis, respectivamente. en el posterior an\u00e1lisis de su sistema lipol\u00edtico destac\u00f3 el hecho de que la cepa cr-53 produce una lipasa no secretada que es de las pocas conocidas en el g\u00e9nero rhodococcus.  en el tercer cap\u00edtulo se desarroll\u00f3 un nuevo microensayo colorim\u00e9trico r\u00e1pido, simple y sensible para evaluar a gran escala la actividad lipasa.  dicho ensayo fue utilizado para analizar el efecto de varios \u00e1cidos grasos saturados sobre 5 lipasas de (paeni)bacillus. Estos l\u00edpidos inhibieron a todas las lipasas estudiadas, aunque a bajas concentraciones activaron a las lipasas no secretadas, un fen\u00f3meno nunca a<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
