Para ello se han muestreado 7 vi\u00f1edos distintos, situados principalmente en la costa mediterr\u00e1nea espa\u00f1ola, durante los a\u00f1os 2001,2002 y 2003. Asimismo, se ha analizado la capacidad de producir ocratoxina a de las cepas potencialmente productoras aisladas en este muestreo. por otro lado, se han caracterizado a nivel molecular 226 cepas del g\u00e9nero aspergillus secci\u00f3n nigri potencialmente ocratox\u00edgenas: 53 cepas pertenecientes a la especie a.Carbonarius y 173 cepas pertenecientes al agregado a.Niger. todas las cepas del estudio molecular son aislamiento de uva de distintos or\u00edgenes geogr\u00e1ficos: espa\u00f1a, francia, grecia, israel, italia y portugal.  la micobiota predomiante de la uva de los vi\u00f1edos espa\u00f1oles muestreados perteneci\u00f3 a los g\u00e9neros alternaria, cladosporium y aspergillus, mientras que el g\u00e9nero penicillim represent\u00f3 menos del 3% de los aislamientos. La elevada incidencia de alternaria spp. Y cladosporium spp., En los primeros per\u00edodos de muestreo decreci\u00f3 con la maduraci\u00f3n de la uva, mientras la presencia de aspergiullus spp., Increment\u00f3 significativamente. En todos los casos, se encontraron diferencias significativas en la incidencia de estos g\u00e9neros en cada per\u00edodo de muestreo. Durante los tres a\u00f1os de muestreo, se aislaron de las uvas un total de 1812 cepas de aspergillus spp., De entre las cu\u00e1les solamente 13 fueron identificadas como a.Ochraceus, mientras que 1423 se identificaron como pertenecientes al agregado a. Niger, y 226 como a.Carbonarius. El \u00fanico aislamiento identificado como p.Verrucosum entre las 214 cepas de penicillium spp.Aisladas mostr\u00f3 la capacidad de producir citrinina, pero no oa.
