Para ello, utiliza la teor\u00eda qft (quantitative feedback theory) debido a su capacidad para tratar la incertidumbre del sistema y las perturbaciones externas existentes. En lo referente a los problemas de acoplamiento, se propone la realizaci\u00f3n de un dise\u00f1o de controladores qft de matriz completa y se cuantifican las mejoras obtenidas as\u00ed como las condiciones m\u00ednimas necesarias para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la nueva metodolog\u00eda. Los desarrollos matem\u00e1ticos realizados se validan en dos procesos reales: un intercambiador de calor y un horno industrial real destinado al curado de grandes piezas de
