Xx- historia de la espiritualidad. el presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio sobre la literatura espiritual espa\u00f1ola entre 1901 y 1930. Siguiendo y adaptando el modelo de savart (1985) y martin (2001) al caso espa\u00f1ol. El estudio se estructura en tres partes. En primer lugar, se analizan las circunstancias que, durante esos a\u00f1os, favorecieron el desarrollo del mundo del libro y sus repercusiones en la difusi\u00f3n de la literatura religiosa, as\u00ed como la actitud de la iglesia ante lo escrito, y el papel desempe\u00f1ado, en este campo, por religiosos, sacerdotes y seglares; dedicando especial atenci\u00f3n a las principales editoriales implicadas en la edici\u00f3n de literatura religiosa. En la segunda parte, se expone el m\u00e9todo de trabajo seguido, para a partir del cat\u00e1logo general de la librer\u00eda espa\u00f1ola e hispanoamericana (1901-1930), determinar un corpus de la literatura espiritual-religiosa de ese periodo, con m\u00e1s de 2.700 referencias bibliogr\u00e1ficas diferentes. Partiendo de ese elenco bibliogr\u00e1fico se ha realizado un primer estudio cuantitativo, en el que se analiza: la evoluci\u00f3n cronol\u00f3gica de la producci\u00f3n editorial, su distribuci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, las principales editoriales, los autores, las traducciones, los g\u00e9neros y, finalmente, las caracter\u00edsticas materiales de los libros y sus precios. En la tercera parte, se expone un estudio cualitativo estructurado en torno a los principales g\u00e9neros de esta literatura: divulgaci\u00f3n piadosa, biogr\u00e1fico, doctrinal y de predicaci\u00f3n. Para su realizaci\u00f3n se ha procedido a la revisi\u00f3n directa de cerca de mil libros de espiritualidad incluidos en el corpus elaborado. Los aspectos estudiados, dentro de cada uno de los g\u00e9neros, han sido: personalidad, idioma y \u00e9poca de los autores; principales temas y tipos de obras; lectores a los que iban destinadas las obras;
