As\u00ed mismo, se describe la expresi\u00f3n de ambos genes en streptomyces lividans y la caracterizaci\u00f3n funcional, como biocatalizadores en las reacciones de hidr\u00f3lisis de penicilinas naturales, de las enzimas s\/pva y auaac .  finalmente se propone un m\u00e9todo de purificaci\u00f3n para ambas enzimas y se realiza une estudio de caracterizaci\u00f3n extructural tanto de la s\/pva
