Kordana al final del estad\u00edo de multiplicaci\u00f3n a un sistema de cultivo con refrigeraci\u00f3n basal y doble capa. Estimul\u00f3 su elongaci\u00f3n e inhibi\u00f3 la brotaci\u00f3n axilar secundari a. Los tallos micropropagados en las condiciones anteriores formaron raices viables en medio de cultivo ms sin reguladores del crecimiento.  el proceso de aclimataci\u00f3n a condiciones ex vittro de las pl\u00e1ntulas mcropropagadas tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas, al final de los cuales las mismas se encuentran adaptadas para sobrevivir a las condiciones del invernadero con una supervivencia de 90%. Durante la aclimataci\u00f3n la pl\u00e1ntulas fueron muestreadas a los 0. 2, 7, 15 y 30 d\u00edas. Durante la etapa final de la  aclimataci\u00f3n el contenido en almid\u00f3n en las raices de las pl\u00e1ntulas super\u00f3 al de sacarosa  como principal carbohidrato, miestras que durante la primera parte del proceso se produjo la situaci\u00f3n inversa, este resultado junto con la evoluci\u00f3n en el tiempo de las  actividades enzim\u00e1ticas sacarol\u00edticas reflej\u00f3 claramente la transici\u00f3n desde un metabolismo incialmente mixotr\u00f3fico hasta uno final autotr\u00f3fico.  durante la aclimataci\u00f3n, la estructura del \u00e1pice radicular evolucion\u00f3 desde una diferenciaci\u00f3n sencilla con abundantes espacios intercelulares hasta la de un \u00e1pice completamente desarrollado con cofia (compuesta ade estatocitos diferenciados), zona merist\u00e9matica, epidermis, cortex y endodermis que se pudede adaptar funcionalmente a la ecofisilog\u00eda del sustrato ex vitro. la acilmataci\u00f3n a condiciones ex vitro conllev\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n preogersiva de los niveles de etileno y pliaminas totales en las   raices de las pl\u00e1ntulas micropropagadas.  La evoluci\u00f3n con el tiempo de los niveles de nutrientes en las raices durante la aclimataci\u00f3n reflej\u00f3 la pregresiva adaptaci\u00f3n a las condiciones nutricionales del nuevo sustrato.
