La consecuencia final de algunos starbursts es la expulsi\u00f3n de todo el material procesado hacia fuera de la galaxia por medio de los llamados supervientos gal\u00e1cticos (svg). en esta tesis se estudian tres casos de galaxias candidatas a desarrollar svg, m82, ngc 253 y ngc 4631. Se han catalogado los superc\u00famulos estelares (ssc) de los starbursts de las tres galaxias en halfa. Concluimos que s\u00f3lo m82 est\u00e1 desarrollando un svg mientras que en los otros casos los estallidos estelares quedan confinados en la galaxia. Hemos identificado adem\u00e1s los ssc como los elementos constituyentes de los starbursts en galaxias y concluimos que sus propiedades son factores deerminantes para desencadenar supervientos
